Non-Emergent Transfers

We provide non-emergent interfacility transport for patients from our local hospital to regional tertiary care centers when advanced services are required beyond the scope of local capabilities. In addition, we facilitate patient transfers from the hospital to skilled nursing facilities and, when appropriate, to private residences following discharge, ensuring continuity of care and safe transitions for members of our community.
